Abstract
There have been a comprehensive survey 222 patients with ischemic heart disease. Comparison group consisted of 115 patients with ischemic heart disease with normal body weight. The control group included 35 healthy individuals. The impact of gene polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (Glu298Asp) in the development and progression of obesity in patients with ischemic heart disease have been reviewed. It was established, that the development of obesity in patients with ischemic heart disease was not bound by the results of our study with any of alleles and genotypes of the gene polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (Glu298Asp), and was found by us and the dynamics of the distribution and frequency of alleles said polymorphism genotypes in patients with ischemic heart disease and obesity based on body mass index.
