Abstract

The article are present the results of studies of low-intensity laser radiation with a wavelength of 445 nm at different time and irradiation power on the growth of strain of E. coli. The objects of the study were used the reference strain of Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, and strains isolated from periodontitis and dental caries. The results were compared with the control cultures. It was found, that low-intensity laser radiation in the combined with the nanoparticles can cause a depressing effect on the growth of the bacterial flora in the beam power of 700 mW.
