Abstract

The effect of using quercetin on the state of the microcirculatory bed of the oral cavity in the simulation of rheumatoid arthritis was studied. It was established that in case of systemic lesion in the oral cavity, the microcirculatory bed is damaged, the state of connective tissue changes, mainly lymphocytic foci appear, which characterizes pathological changes in periodontal tissues in rheumatoid arthritis. The use of the proposed treatment regimen allows to improve the microcirculation processes (an increase in the relative area of the vessels in the microcirculatory bed by 1.6 times) and to reduce the relative volume of connective tissue by 1.5 times.
