Abstract
The diagnostic features of atopic dermatitis in infants, clinical variants and immunological conditions of its occurrence have been presented. The causes of food triggers dominance in etiologic spectrum and the value of an elimination diet to prevent disease progression. The article presents methods of diagnosis of atopic dermatitis in early childhood, clinical variations and immunological conditions for occurrence. The reasons of prevalence of food triggers in the etiological range and the importance of the elimination diet for prevention of the disease aggravation were established.
