Abstract

The diagnosis an interstitial lung disease in children has a number of difficulties, even if you have results of high-tech methods of research. The article identifies the main risk factors for development of interstitial lung disease in children with trisomy of 21st chromosome. It is proved that the presence of a child combined heart defects, the use of extracorporeal circulation and prolonged artificial ventilation of the lungs during cardiac surgery, and the presence of adverse perinatal anamnesis have the greatest influence on the formation of interstitial lung disease in children with trisomy of  21st chromosome.
