An important cohort in surgery includes patients with cicatricial tracheal stenosis. Regardless of the rapid development of thoracic surgery, the rate of morbidity and mortality does not decrease, while disability increases. We have studied current literature on the topic of current direct treatment of cicatricial stenosis of the trachea and their deterioration. A review of the literature in this article has been completed. To improve the bone healing of patients with cicatricial tracheal stenoses and their surgical complications, an important role is played by the objective formation of groups, the development of complications and the prediction of the dynamics of illness. The increasing severity of the problem is associated largely with highly informative diagnostics, reliable severity of illness, as well as various direct classifications of cicatricial stenosis trachea. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that this nutrition cannot be taken into account entirely and will require further treatment. All of the above dictates the search for new effective methods of treatment of the identified pathology and the relevance of those. The information provided highlights the need to improve surgical tactics for patients with cicatricial tracheal stenosis. Identifying individuals at heightened risk for complications is not only crucial for tailoring personalized treatment plans but also for optimizing overall outcomes. A central theme woven throughout this review is the paramount importance of accurate risk stratification and prognostication in patients grappling with cicatricial tracheal stenosis. Furthermore, a reliable and comprehensive classification system for cicatricial tracheal stenosis, which takes into account a multitude of factors such as etiology, location, extent, and severity of the stenosis, is indispensable for guiding clinical decision-making and fostering seamless communication among healthcare professionals.
