Анотація

Відшарування сітківки ‒ патологічний стан, що призводить до втрати зору без своєчасного хірургічного лікування. Для відновлення анатомічної цілісності відшарованої сітківки традиційно використовують низку оперативних утручань та доступів до пошкодженої ділянки, серед яких одним з нових та перспективних є монополярна високочастотна електрокоагуляція з супрахоріоїдальним доступом. Перевагами цього методу та доступу є можливість маніпуляцій на важкодоступних структурах ока (хоріоідеї, зовнішніх ділянках сітківки та макулі), вводити лікувальні препарати в супрахоріоїдальний простір без побічної дії. Для проведення подібного оперативного втручання нами розроблений (виготовлений та апробований) новий хірургічний електроінструмент, здатний відновити анатомічну цілісність відшарованої сітківки. Інструмент являє собою робочий електрод, який складається з ручки, клеми (для приєднання електричного шнура до активної фази генератора високочастотного електричного струму) та робочого наконечника. Заокруглений наконечник виготовлений із золота і закінчується сферою діаметром 25 G. Радіус заокруглення становить 29,0 мм, діаметр поперечного перерізу – 0,5 мм. Інструмент доз­воляє досягнути пошкодженої ділянки сітківки як через супрахоріоїдальний, так і через ендовітріальний доступи. Обрані для виготовлення нового інструменту матеріали враховують необхідність його стерилізації, електробезпеку та ергономіку роботи.
