Анотація

У статті обговорюються дані літератури, що пов’язані з проблемою ролі церебро- та кардіоваскулярних патологій у розвитку асимптомних уражень мозку. Комплексний аналіз результатів численних популяційних досліджень дозволив сформувати чітку схему ступенів значущості окремих васкулярних патологій, а також їх поєднань з точки зору загрози виникнення «німих» інфарктів та ураження білої речовини мозку.
