Анотація

В огляді представлені відомості щодо ролі трансформуючого ростового фактора (TGF-β1) та регуляторних Т-лімфоцитів (CD4+CD25+FoxP3+) при пухлинному зростанні. Функція TGF-β1 в імунній системі пов’язана з активністю регуляторних Т-лімфоцитів (Treg). TGF-β1 чинить стимулюючий вплив на диференціювання Treg-клітин на периферії, є ефекторним цитокіном цих клітин і зумовлює їх супресивні властивості. Узагальнено відомості про функціональний взаємозв’язок TGF-β1 та Treg-клітин у регуляції протипухлинного імунітету та основних механізмах індукції Т-регуляторної активності з участю TGF-β1. Обговорюються сучасні підходи до імунотерапії, орієнтовані на модуляцію активності Тreg.
