ПСИХОСОЦІАЛЬНА ДИСФУНКЦІЯ У ГЕНЕЗІ МЕТАБОЛІЧНОГО СИНДРОМУ У ДІТЕЙ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)
Наведено огляд літератури щодо генезу психосоціальної дисфункції у дітей з надмірною масою. Показано, що особливості психологічного статусу призводять до порушення харчової поведінки, а соціальні фактори сімейного та популяційного типів - до виникнення психологічної дезадаптації та до формування стилю життя із зменшени ми енерговитратами порівняно з енергопостачанням. Проаналізовано ефективність систем психологічної корекції та наголошено на необхідності розробки системи індивіду ального, сімейного та соціального впливу.

ПСИХОСОЦИАЛЬНАЯ ДИСФУНКЦИЯ В ГЕНЕЗЕ МЕТАБОЛИЧЕСКОГО СИНДРОМА У ДЕТЕЙ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)
Приведен обзор литературы, касающейся вопросов формирования психосоциальной дисфунк ции у детей с избытком массы тела. Показано, что особенности психологического статуса приводят к извращению пищевого поведения, а социальные факторы семейного и популяционного типов - к возникновению психологической дезадаптации и формированию стиля жизни с уменьшенными энергозатратами по сравнению с энергоснабжением. Проанализирована эффективность систем психологической коррекции и отмечена необходимость разработки системы индивидуального, семейного и социального воздействия.

PSYCHOSOCIAL DYSFUNCTION IN THE METABOLIC SYNDROME GENESIS IN CHILDREN (THE REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE)
The article is a review of the literature about psychosocial dysfunction development in overweight and obese children. It is shown, that the characteristics of psychological status contribute to the perversion of eating behavior. The population and family social factors are predisposing to psychological maladjustment and the reduced power consumption lifestyle. The effectiveness of psychological treatment was analyzed. It was shown, that just a system of individual, familial and social impact might be a background for successful intervention in children with a metabolic syndrome.
